Next to Makaranga (currently closed), the unit has 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The kitchen area has a table & chairs, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, induction cooker, air fryer & microwave. Stocked with tea, coffee & sugar. Each of the rooms have a king size bed which can be split into 2 singles, so can sleep 4 people. One of the bedrooms has an aircon & the other a fan and heater. Deck has a bistro table & chairs as well as a daybed for relaxing. Off street parking for 1 car.

The Pearl on 70- Spacious apartment with solar

The apartment is beautifully renovated and ideal for both leisure and business. It has two workstations for guests who are traveling on business, and a picturesque bedroom. The separate lounge has two comfortable couches (not for sleeping). The large kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge and sink. There is a separate open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The lounge has a sleeper couch for the kids.

A quaint studio apartment, located in a quiet neighborhood, situated behind our family home. The apartment is ideally suited for 1 person but does have a Queen size bed if you are a couple. Secure off street parking is provided with a private entrance to the apartment. Less then 1 km to upmarket restaurants, 5km to the Pavilion Shopping Centre and only 12km to the beach and city.
