Chazy on the Lake

Beautiful home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Firewood is provided at the location, but you have to bring your own fire starter (NO liquid). NO DOCK! * Occupancy tax certificate 2025-0017 *

Auntie’s Lakeside Cottage

Relax on Lake Champlain with family or friends! Our cozy two bedroom cottage can comfortably accommodate up to four people. Inside you’ll find 500 square feet of cleanliness, warmth and maritime style. A grill and new full kitchen provide the culinary options of home. A stylish bar/island compliments both kitchen and living areas. Outside you’ll find two spacious decks. One has a nautical feel, overlooking the lake, built of original stone and wood. A second larger deck overlooks the meadow.

Bring your boat! Or Relax and Kayak at this newly renovated home on the Great Chazy River. Lake Champlain is around a mile down the river, with the Great Chazy Boat Launch there as well. Let the adventure begin with Fishing, swimming or just cruising. 4-Kayaks, 2-Paddleboards, pedal boat, dock, private lawn with lawn games, a peaceful, Cabana, BBQ, Sun deck with loveseat ,very quiet, dead-end street, close to all amenities. 300 feet of private parking for your trucks and boats and trailers

Cute and quiet park model with plenty of room to move around inside. Beautiful kitchen and dining area with 2 bedrooms. Parking for up to 2 vehicles depending on size. Boats can be parked at bottom of small hill and charged there which is only steps away. Located in a quiet park that's only steps from the water where you'll find a rocky beach, beautiful clean water for swimming or a dock to fish off of. We have a grill, outdoor table and a gorgeous fire pit for your outdoor enjoyment!

Tiny Glamping experience near Lake Champlain

This camp is a cute spot to go "GLAMPING" just off Lake Champlain in Northern NY, a great spot to unwind and this area has great fishing. Studio style camp with electric, bathroom and kitchen. Your own little tiny home camp. There is a dock to fish off or just relax by the water and a spot out in the water to anchor a boat if needed. Plenty of room to also pitch a tent or two and hang by a camp fire. I also like to mention our camp is in a great location for ice fishing and trail riding.

The Crows Nest

The Crows Nest is a unique cabin nestled in the lower valley of West Chazy. This property is located at the end of a secluded dead-end road and situated on 400 acres. The cabin overlooks the numerous garden beds which guest can help themselves to in peak garden season. Enjoy farm fresh eggs and visits with the three friendly pet goats. The Crows Nest integrates the nostalgia of the past while offering modern amenities, and the hope for others to enjoy what our homestead has to offer.

The cottage at East Shore Drive is right on Lake Champlain in St Albans Bay, Vermont. Nestled off of Hathaway Point, this lakeside retreat is a perfect place for a family or couple getaway. Enjoy kayaking, fishing, biking, boating, board games, swimming, barbequing, and relaxing. Located just 35 minutes north of Burlington and just over an hour away from Montreal, this home away from home provides a great homebase to enjoy a mixture of outdoor recreation with nearby city options.

Lakefront Comfort

Enjoy the relaxing ambiance of private waterfront home on beautiful Lake Champlain. The home was originally constructed in 1840 by the family for whom our bay is named. The lakeside fire pit & patio are a great place to chill by the water. There are 3 King bedrooms, a trundle bed (2 twins) and 1 bedroom with 2 twins. One King bedroom with walk in shower is on the first first floor. We have a 1/2 bath on the first floor and 2 full baths on the second floor. No large parties.
