Nala’s Loft - a Tiny Apartment in Thomas

Welcome to Nala’s Loft, a tiny private apartment in the heart of Thomas. This thoughtfully arranged tiny space has a complete kitchen, comfortable living area, full bathroom, and a spacious shower with excellent water pressure. It’s part of Buxton Commons Guesthouse, offering both privacy and the option to connect with other travelers. Just a few blocks from The Purple Fiddle, shops & art galleries, and a few minutes drive from Blackwater Falls State Park, Timberline Mountain, and White Grass.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). I do have a 50.00 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs only. It is located just above the entrance to the Smoke Hole Canyon with great fishing, beautiful scenery along the paved country curvy road. You can drive through the canyon and come out on Rt 28 just below the Smoke Hole caverns and gift shop. Then continue to Seneca Rocks and hike the rocks or drive to Nelson Rocks for zip lining.

Relax in the hot tub and take in an amazing sunset. The home is a harmonious blend of locally-crafted art and furniture to add rustic charm and modern comfort.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable cabin escape with lake views. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee to your evening glass of wine sitting on the covered front porch. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom for all of your needs. Queen sized bed downstairs and two twin beds in un-gated loft area (accessible by ladder). Enjoy our collection of DVDs, books and games. The Honeybee is close to tons of day trip ideas into Wild & Wonderful West Virginia. There is a security camera on driveway/walk.

Industrial farmhouse studio apartment nestled in the hills of West Virginia. Located just 15 minutes to downtown Morgantown and 5 short minutes away from Coopers Rock State Forest. Spectacular landscape views from dusk to dawn and breathtaking star gazing on clear nights. Guests have their own private entrance to come and go as they please, a full kitchenette, large bathroom with walk-in shower, queen size bed, and an extra long single futon. Guests need to be at least 21 years of age book.

Wintertime readiness: When we have snow, 4-wheel or All-wheel drive will be best. Watch the weather. Un plug at Tree House. The cabin now has Wi Fi. There is also a DVD player w/ DVDs. A 15 minute drive takes you to Thomas, WV for food and art and music. Five more minutes and you are in Davis for Blackwater Falls State Park. A few more miles down the road find two alpine ski areas and White Grass Ski Touring Center.
