It has a parking space, which gives you the freedom to use you own car to travel to nearby sights and beaches. The apartment has everything you need for a short-term as well as long-term stay. It has a working place with a desk and internet. For a good start of the day it has a coffee machine, which you can use to make and enjoy a nice cup of coffee on the balcony with the sea view.

Cozy, family-oriented place, mainly used from my friends. Whenever it's available, I let this, very personal, project to my future friends. I have made this place for my comfort. It's all natural, with environmentally-friendly materials and a 'safe guard' electricity auto protection. It is the only apartment on the 4th floor, no elevator! In winter you can seen Black Sea through the Sea Garden from the window. 5 min walk to the beach and so to the main street.
