Dans un écrin de verdure & de calme d'un magnifique château du XVe siècle située à l'entrée de notre belle cité médiévale Dinan, vous séjournerez dans un appartement loft de 54m2 au rdc du batiment principal. Vous découvrirez sa magnifique cheminée monumentale et vous tomberez sous le charme de cet édifice authentique, chargé d'histoire avec tout le confort moderne au coeur d'un beau parc de 3 hectares avec son étang à seulement 15 min à pieds du centre historique ou 3 min en bus gratuit.

Proche des bords de Rance, à 10 kms de Dinan et 20 kms de St Malo. Commerces à proximité. Un havre de paix arboré sur deux hectares et un étang. Massages bien-être en sup.

The remote house sits alone in the hills with no neighbors and has a garden with cherry, apple and walnut trees. Explore the lush green grasslands and charming French hamlets right from the driveway. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.
