Located on a quiet cul-de-sac just 150m from the heart of the historic market town of Knutsford and 650m from the gates of Tatton Park. Originally constructed in the early 1800’s to accommodate officers working at the neighbouring Knutsford Courthouse. Catering for up to 6 guests, the house has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge. Upstairs the master has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has a double bed, third bedroom has bunkbeds and they share a shower room.

Our beautiful Georgian estate cottage, dating from 1760, sits overlooking a half acre lake and surrounding parkland. Peaceful countryside, yet only 15mins from Chester city centre and many attractions. It offers three spacious double bedrooms each with luxury beds. The Master bedroom with superking 6ft bed, the second bedroom has a 5ft King Size bed and the third bedroom a 4'6" double bed. Furnished with 18th century antique furniture and opulent sofas. Cosy and homely, a hidden gem!

The Barn is a wonderfully calm space with original A frame beams and spiral staircase. The owners live in a thatched house on the same site but The Barn is totally private. We are on the A50 which is a main road between Knutsford and Holmes Chapel and is very convenient for M6 and M56 . My place is based at Manley Mere which has a watersports lake, adventure trail and on site bar and restaurant and is a great place to visit (please check opening hours).A great central location, only 5 minutes from junction 14 off the M56, 9 miles from Chester City Centre,near Frodsham and Delemere Forest. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Log House with Hot Tub & Lake View

Lake View House is a two storey log house with upstairs roofed full width balcony to enjoy the glorious views of the Llanfynydd valley and Hope Mountain. Accommodating 10 people it stands in its own grounds and is equipped to the most exacting standards. From every point there is a stunning view. Visit Wales has awarded Lake View five stars. Shops are 10 minutes drive away. Very peaceful area.
