Ironbark House & Horse Riding is situated on the ridge line gazing out across the outback. This totally off-grid 1345 acre property has its own solar power system, harvests all its own water and is located on the outskirts of the Atherton Tablelands in the farming district of Dimbulah on route to Mt Mulligan and Chillagoe. Just constructed with 2 large bedrooms both with spacious ensuites, separated by a welcoming kitchen/dining/living area with a generous verandah across the front of the house.

Melrose House is our rustic Queenslander holiday home that gives lake glimpses & breezes. It is well equiped with 2 x kitchens & bathrooms, games room with pool table, air hockey, ping pong table, extensive verandas, fire pit, a cosy upstairs auto fireplace, kayaks, 2x bikes and plenty of parking space. It’s only a short walk to all the lake has to offer: extensive lakeside paths, parklands, playground, fishing, water-sports, boat ramp and dam wall. Discounts for 7+ nights. Pets ok -Yard only.

Black Swan Farm - Walsh River - Dimbulah

Beautiful spacious farm house on the Walsh river just 95km from Cairns. Perfect for a group or family getaway wanting complete privacy. Cook your pizza in an authentic pizza oven or canoe on the river. Black Swan farm is the perfect spot to unwind with a bottle of wine and a fire next to the river. The bird-life on the river is absolutely stunning and if you are a keen fisherman, make use of the handlines and catch a black bream. Pets are welcome to enjoy the property too. Great family spot.

Idriess Cottage

A self contained, one bedroom cottage with all amenities on the edge of Herberton on the Atherton Tablelands. The cottage has a verandah with bush views and BBQ. Part of a secure 1 hectare (2 acres) estate, the cottage is 200m from the main historic homestead. There is plenty to do here, including museums, bush walking and pack donkey treks, day trips to some real outback towns and other attractions, all only 1.5 hours' drive from Cairns International Airport. Shed 14 is the perfect place for your escape from the rat race. Located in the quiet little town of Walkamin known for it's perfect climate you will have plenty to see and do for a weekend getway or a week long adventure exploring the best that the beautiful Atherton Tablelands has to offer. Perfect for couples or families there is ample space outdoors to enjoy nature or tuck yourself away in luxury. The rail trail is a short ride away with options to ride to Mareeba, Tolga or Atherton.

The Cubby Luxury Nature Retre

From the modern luxurious interior, you can soak up nature at its finest. The platypus, other waterlife and birdlife are visible from the breakfast / cocktail bar as well as from the bathtub or outdoor shower. The biggest decision you will need to make is which vantage point to enjoy. There is the stunning fireplace that flows from inside out to the deck, also able to be enjoyed from the bathtub. *PLEASE NOTE: The service fee is imposed and received 100% by Air BnB, not the host.

FNQ Blooms Tropical Flower Farm Lodge

Our Tropical Flower Farm is a 52-acre property situated at the foothills of Mt Bartle about one hour drive south of the Cairns International Airport. We grow an extensive variety of tropical Heliconia and Ginger for use in the Australian Cut Flower market. Our farm is completely self-sustainable. We have a waterfall that generates our power through Hydroelectricity and gravity-fed water from a natural spring.

Tinaroo Wilderness Retreat

Tinaroo Wilderness Retreat is situated on over 2 acres of beautiful bushland next to Lake Tinaroo. The cottage is totally private and backs into a reserve.
