Facile raggiungere la farmacia, piccoli market e alcuni buoni ristoranti .Dotata di parcheggio, barbecue, doccia esterna, arredi vari e amache . Su richiesta bici con cui raggiungere le spiagge in 5 minuti dotate di catena e lucchetto. La casa è adatta per coppie e famiglie con bimbi. Auto necessaria.

The charming holiday home Nicoleup in Perd'e Sali, southern Sardinia, is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a sea view. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: In zona tranquilla, indipendente con giardino privato. In 5 minuti si raggiunge il centro di Pula, in 2 minuti le spiagge di santa Margherita e in 10 minuti le splendide spiagge di Chia. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie e famiglie (con bambini).
