The Hive Secluded, self catering studio Chichester

We offer a quiet and secure, fully self-contained accommodation with WIFI for 2/3 people in a semi-rural setting, over looking the fields behind. The accomodation is located to the rear of the garden. The french windows opens out on to a private patio, seating and a BBQ area. The drive is private and can be accessed with a key pad at the gate. We are close to the beach, country walks, South downs and cycle routes. We have chickens and bees on the property. Dogs are welcome but need to be on lead

A stylish and spacious recently renovated recording studio, which has been finished to a high spec with exposed timber beams, brickwork and a stunning log burner perfect for relaxing after exploring all that Hampshire and West Sussex have to offer. There is a large double bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite bathroom, and an open plan living area with sofa beds and log burner that can accommodate up to 3 further guests. There are 3 fantastic pubs within walking distance - one only 50m away!

Just you, a cosy space and a chance to rewind in pure tranquillity. Entering into Stonemeadow Shepherd’s Hut, you will find your own private escape surrounded by beautiful farmland. It is just a short drive to the centre of Chichester, close to Goodwood, gorgeous sandy beaches and the South Downs. Equipped with separate bedroom, with a kingsize bed, bathroom, full heating, TV and kitchenette with full sized fridge/with freezer, toaster, kettle & Nespresso coffee machine. Fire pit and bbq.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. Less than 2.5 miles from the historic centre of Winchester, this peaceful retreat is perfect for those looking to visit the city, or escape for some peace. The Pigsty’s domed design with wooden interior has a roll top bath, cosy open plan living space and decking area to enjoy dinner with sunset views. Just a few minutes walk from the famous Clarendon Way, and a 30 minute walk to the city centre.

Our hideaway offers the perfect getaway. Soak up the peace and quiet, take in the amazing view and relax surrounded by ancient woodland, only 50 miles from London. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Comfortable lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and shower room. Converted loft with kingsized mattress accessed by electric staircase, fully sprung kingsized sofa bed in lounge area. The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. It's a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property. The creek is tidal.

Little Fisher Farm provides luxury rural accommodation capable of sleeping up to 6 people and is surrounded by a large 3 acre private garden and farmland.  Our Hot Tub Leisure facility is available to book at an extra charge. Farm-View Retreat provides an open plan ground floor comprising fully equipped kitchen, dining, living and bathroom area together with a convertible sofa bed. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms which can be either super-kings or twins and another bathroom.
