The entire top floor of the house. You have your own separate entrance from the street.You will definitely like it. Near my accommodation there are wonderful views, restaurants and cafes, art museums, the beach, two lake parks, sports and entertainment attractions. You will like it, because in my home there is light, comfort, a kitchen and everything you need. Welcoming host, comfortable yard with parking(free parking for 2 cars in the yard), gazebo where guests can drink tea, coffee and smoke.

The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood. close to the centre of the city. The tiny house is part of a bigger residence, however it has a separate entrance for our guests. There is a terrace in front of the dwelling with a garden to enjoy. Sauna is for an extra price!
