We are offering a neat and tidy 2 bedroom granny flat situated on our property. This accommodation is best suited for both short and long term stays. Our new renovation at the front of accommodation is very private with beautiful views of the hills and wetlands. We are very close to beach which is only a short walking distance. On arrival you can relax on the large decking which has sea views, while drinking a glass of wine or a coffee. A home which is newly furnished with unlimited WIFI for your convenience, & open plan living. Plenty of room in the backyard for the kids to play around in and car park space Just a hop, skip & jump to the local beach. Coles and Aldi are just up the road, and the town of Victor is only a 5 min drive, to local cafes and restaurants . Middleton is a 10 min drive as is Horseshoe Bay.
