Surrounded by fields, trees, alpacas and fresh air. 0.6 miles to Hadrian’s Wall. Close House, Matfen Hall, airport, Newcastle, Corbridge and Hexham nearby. The Rowan Suite is self-contained within my house, giving you quiet, private accommodation . It is an ensuite double bedroom with king size bed plus your own unique lounge, overlooking garden and woodland. There is car parking and bike storage and is only a short walk from Stocksfield rail station and bus routes. Great base for trips to Hadrian’s Wall, historic properties, Northumberland National Park and the nearby towns of Corbridge and Hexham. A hamper of breakfast goodies is provided.

Old Stables Wylam -Walks & Village at its doorstep

Countryside location, 100m from village main street with local pubs, shops and restaurants. 15-20 mins from Newcastle, Bus stop 50m away, Train station 10mins walk. Recently refurbished the Old Stables at The Brow is a spacious stone built 2 bedroom (1 twin, 1 kingsize) flat with sofa bed, travelcot & offstreet parking. Multipurpose set up for those travelling with kids, enjoying the countryside, walks, golf, cycling or visiting the city. We live next door so can help with most arrangements.

Beautiful Tyne Valley Escape

Situated in the beautiful Village of Ovingham this accommodation comprises of a large double room with a private bathroom with shower. Attached to the owners house, It has its own front door allowing private access for guests. The room has small kitchenette area with a sink, fridge, kettle and microwave. Perfect for those wanting to explore the Tyne Valley. The property sits on cycle route 72. Hadrian's Wall Trail is close by and the train station, shop and pub are all a few minutes walk away.

High Pasture beautiful cottage - stunning location

High Pasture is a beautiful self-contained cottage, an ideal base for cyclists, walkers, city goers, golfers and those just wanting some peace and quiet to relax and unwind. In an idyllic setting on the Northumberland/Durham border with far reaching views. Extensively equipped kitchen incl. fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing m/c, microwave, coffee machine, toaster etc. We operate a "Contact-free" check-in and stay but we are close by if needed. Ideal for those wanting a longer stay.

Jessie's Hut

Our first hut (Ben's hut) was so successful, we've built another one !! Set on a working sheep farm, Jessie’s Hut has a double bed with the option of a single bunk above, giving a 2+1 format. There's a shower room and a small kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Wool-based insulation and central heating keep the hut cosy warm all year. Things to see include:- Beamish Museum (a must see!!), The Roman Wall, Durham, Kilhope Lead mining Museum and The Metro Centre.

This little oasis of green is in a super handy location on the edge of the greenbelt, yet near the Team Valley, Metrocentre and Newcastle. There's a bus stop directly outside, with buses into central Newcastle every 30min in the day. Watergate Forest Park is right next door, with a fantastic cafe, lake, swans & lots of other wildlife. We're only a couple of miles from the C2C cycle route, with easy access to lots of other cycle routes & walks.

Riding Hills Farm is a cosy, attractive and well equipped one bedroomed cottage situated in one of the prettiest and most interesting parts of Northumberland. Within two miles of the historic town of Corbridge, this comfortable cottage is tucked away in a rural location with stunning views over the Tyne Valley. Despite its rural setting it is close to some excellent pubs and restaurants, and the market town of Hexham.
