Nice just renovated apartment located in via degli Zingari, in the heart of Monti district , one of the most lively and trendy neighborhoods in Rome, at 5 min walking from the Colisseum and the imperial forum, only 10 min walking from termini central train station. There is also a metro stop cavour at 5 min walking. It's located on the third floor, no elevator, and features a double bed, a living room with a double sofa-bed, kitchen and dining area, a bathroom. This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk from Metro stop Ponte Lungo and Train Station Roma Tuscolana to and from Fiumicino. You can reach all tourist destinations in about 15 minutes by metro and Fiumicino Airport in 40 minutes by direct train. Wi-Fi, air-conditioner and all facilities for you holiday in Rome!
