Come for the experience and stay for the comfort. A two-bedrooms guest house, which was recently built in the backyard of our house, is available for you to experience Sydney livings. The property is in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, is 10 minutes walk to the bus and light rail, to the local groceries, takeaway foods and coffee shops. It is also a short driving distance to the Carlingford and Paramatta shopping centres. A continental breakfast is complemented to our guests for your convenience.

Set in large gardens with a solar heated salt water pool. On site parking is available for one small or medium sized car. If you have an oversized car or van, free safe parking is around the corner. The owner occupies the adjoining house, and will greet you and provide all information about the area to assist your stay.
