The house can accommodate up to 8 in 3 bedrooms. It is close to the train station going to the city (5 mn walk). The city is 30 mn away by car. Port Adelaide is less than 10 mn drive. The beach is within walking distance from the property: 15 mn walk. There are few playgrounds in the area, one is across the street. There are a few takeaway nearby: fish and chips, pizzeria ... The house has just been renovated and is very clean. There is a lot of outdoor space. You can park up to 4 cars inside.

The house is shared with two friendly cats and an old friendly dog that live outside.
