Self-contained annexe to our house in semi-rural Catterall, 56m2/608ft2. Near Garstang, Lancaster & the beautiful Forest of Bowland AONB. Plenty of parking, also on bus route. Local restaurant, golf, canal walks & fell walking accessed straight from the house; Lake District or beach at Lytham StAnnes / Blackpool 40mins away. Easy access to Preston, Lancaster & Blackpool by car/bus. Manchester is around a 45m drive. We're often available to advise. Info on local amenities & activities provided.

A beautiful 1863 home in the heart of historic Croston, opposite the village green with two dog-friendly pubs and excellent restaurants. Enjoy a tempting mix of takeaways nearby including luxury pizzas, Thai, curries, and top-notch fish and chips. The south-facing enclosed garden is ideal for unwinding with a drink in the sunshine. Scenic riverside and countryside walks start right from the doorstep. A key box at the front door means you can arrive whenever suits you. We’d love to host you!

Alternatively if you are looking for a getaway with an excuse to sit back and relax by the roaring fire pit while admiring the hillside views…then you’ve just found it. This unique cabin has all amenities needed to make this a stay to remember…

The Annex - relax in quiet, charming setting.

The annex, detached from the main house, is set within a beautiful landscaped garden. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will also have to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.

Oak House, Leyland, 3min M6 - spacious and lovely

We are excited to be offering Oak House for guests to visit. Once called the Garden of Lancashire, Leyland is a beautiful area with easy access to the Lakes, Bowland Fells, Rivington Pike, and seaside towns of Blackpool, Southport and Morecambe Bay. It is also a short distance from Manchester and Liverpool. With the indoor wood stove, new kitchen and bathroom, oak furniture, outdoor fire pit and garden overlooking a park, we hope you’ll find this a fantastic getaway.

Coachmans House at Churchtown

This beautiful and quaint cottage used to be the coach house for the mansion just down the road. It was build in 1616. Pub is walking distance. The cottage has full gas and electric but also a wood burning stove. The cottage is set in the quiet picturesque village of Churchtown. Near Garstang. This property is pet friendly. Please contact me if you would like to bring more than 1 pet. I charge £15 per pet per booking extra (unless extra cleaning is needed).

Corner Cottage Wheelton

Nestled in the heart of Wheelton village, Corner cottage is a cosy retreat ideal for visitors to this beautiful part of rural Lancashire. There are an abundance of pubs and eateries within easy walking distance of the cottage and you will love the local walks either on the canal towpaths, West Pennine moors or local woodlands. The village has a quaint and peaceful charm about it that you will also feel when you step inside the cottage.

Ideal for those looking for a cosy retreat in a peaceful location. **Pet friendly** Caldertop Cottage is located on a working livestock farm on the edge of the Forest of Bowland, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Staying here offers you unrestricted views of the Lancashire Fells, the Lake District and the Fylde Coastline. On a clear day, you can even see Blackpool Tower in the distance! —Access is via an unmade road—
