Un vignoble d'1,5 ha, une centaine d'oliviers, un potager, des arbres fruitiers, une seule chambre avec piscine privée et sa table d'hôtes en sont les principaux secteurs d'activités. Venez-vous détendre dans ce logement calme et élégant.

My lovely wagon-lit: piccola stanza con entrata indipendente e bagno privato. Bagno "vintage": vasca anni '60, wc, e un lavandino piccolissimo. Per una persona soltanto. Un luogo da usare come punto di appoggio ed essenzialmente per dormire. La stanza confina con la cucina dell'host: c'è una porta di separazione non insonorizzata. VIETATO FUMARE . Per l’estate è disponibile un ventilatore a colonna. Con supplemento per spese di energia è possibile avere un condizionatore tipo Pinguino.

Monolocale in villa ,in una via privata con patio esterno,la zona è ben collegata ed ha nel raggio di 3 km tutti i servizi,è consigliato un mezzo proprio per spostarsi, si può prendere l’autobus numero 906 direzione Valle Aurelia (capolinea) poi c’è la metropolitana ,altrimenti c’è l’autobus 088 Direzione via Gianicolense poi si prende il tram numero 8 per arrivare a Trastevere oppure l’autobus 089 direzione Fiumicino passa vicino la fiera di Roma e incrocia il trenino per L’aereporto
