My fully furnished guest suite is a recent remodel in my basement with a private entrance and access to a large patio and lovely gardens in back. It has two bedrooms with queen beds, a full kitchen, shower, washer & dryer, and powerful Wi-Fi. Maximum stays in Portland: 30 days.
