A quiet country setting in North East MD..located on a 7 acre horse farm with easy access to I95. Enjoy all the serenity of the country yet close to the shopping, marinas, and within 50 mile access to Baltimore, Wilmington and Philadelphia. The property is also within 30 minutes of Fair Hill Natural Resources Area with 5,500+acres and 80+ miles of trails for hiking, biking, and beautiful scenery. Pets are allowed. A pet (dog/cat) fee of $5/night/pet will be requested the day of your arrival.

Lovely three room waterfront guest suite conveniently located less than 10 minutes from historic Chestertown and Washington College. Beautiful views of our tidal creek, full kitchen, wooded lot, quiet neighborhood, bird watching, kayaking, great biking & running options. Friendly pets (indoor cats and dogs who can share the yard with us and our dog) are welcome. We donate 5% of proceeds to Kent Attainable Housing, the Animal Care Shelter of Kent County or ShoreRivers conservation—your choice.

Connection Pointe is a great getaway for your family vacation or to reconnect with friends, you will be sure to enjoy this beautiful property that sits right along the Sassafras River, it is quiet and peaceful with amazing views from the house and the screened in deck. Come enjoy the sounds of nature as you take time to relax and refocus! There is no boat access to the river from the property. There is a fairly steep bank going down to the river, so please be mindful of this with children.

Horse Haven

Equestrian decor flavors this cozy second floor apartment. You will find a brand new walk-in shower, coffee bar, carpet, furniture, freshly-painted walls and fast fios internet. We technically live just outside of the town limits yet are only two miles from Route 1, which gives you quick access to Wilmington and Dover. Ten acres of woods and pastures surround our bucolic property. Our eventual goal is to host traveling nurses and military as we are close to several hospitals and DAFB.

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Located at the end of a street on the water, but still in the historic district offering convenience and privacy. A short stroll to everything Chestertown has to offer. Off street parking. Kayaks or canoe available with notice or bring your own. Enjoy coffee and sunrise from deck or Adirondacks. NO CLEANING FEE!
