"Our Place"

"Our Place" is a cozy trailer house that sits on a working peach orchard. It was remodeled in 2021. We are located near the base of Mount Garfield and are 5 minutes from I-70 access and downtown Palisade. You are a short drive or bike ride from several local wineries, restaurants, the Palisade Brewery, and more. Shuttles to The Palisade Plunge are minutes away. We have a large, covered patio where you can relax, bbq on the gas grill, or enjoy coffee in the morning. Excellent wifi inside and out.

Peaceful Cabin Near National Monument and Downtown

Peaceful and airy, our centrally located cabin feels remote, but is just minutes from downtown Grand Junction amenities. Biker/Hiker Dream Location: 5 min drive to Lunch Loops mountain biking and hiking trails, 2 min bike ride from the driveway onto Little Park Rd, 13 minute drive to Bang's Canyon Trailhead. 5 min drive to yoga studio, groceries, and coffee. Cleanliness is our #1 priority! Bright and intentionally furnished with decor by local artists, our heart has gone into every detail.

Hopscotch Cottage on the Fruit and Wine Byway

A newly renovated two-bedroom cottage with a brand new kitchen on a small farm bordering Palisade. This stylish cottage is close to beautiful vineyards, wineries, and peach orchards. With two big bedrooms and a newly installed kitchen, you’ll have everything you need for a quick getaway or a longer working vacation. The Colorado River trailway is within walking or biking distance, and offers paved trails for miles from Palisade to Fruita. Near hiking, shopping, and events in Mesa County.

Fruita/Loma Guest House at the Perfect Day Getaway

This newly constructed "Green" home is a mix of modern and country styles and will surely inspire you to enjoy all of the outdoor activities the Grand Valley has to offer. The Perfect Day Getaway house is located on a quaint farm within 8 minutes of world-class hiking, mountain and road bicycling, and river rafting. It is a great launching point for day trips to Moab and the Grand Mesa as well! It was built to maximize the southern exposure and views of the Colorado National Monument.

Nestled in between peach orchards in beautiful East Orchard Mesa and right across from the Colorado River. Enjoy serenity at this beautiful home in a peaceful setting. Close to over 7 wineries off of the fruit and wine byway and enjoy the drive into quaint downtown Palisade. Pedestrian bridge to a great bike bath to Corn Lake or the Colorado River with an awesome launch for rafts, kayaks and paddle boards! This is a biker’s dream!

Come experience a cozy, modernized historic home located in the growing and gritty mixed industrial/commercial/residential community near downtown Grand Junction, just blocks away from the Riverfront and Las Colonias Park. This convenient location does mean you will hear the TRAIN. However, 99+% of our guests don't even mention it (see our reviews)! The house sits on the same property as our strength and conditioning gym.
