Sunset Sea View Writer’s Retreat

Beautiful flat with six sea facing floor to ceiling windows. This is a Grade II-listed building with a rare outlook over gardens and out to sea. However, the facade and railing are in need of TLC. Don't be put off by the shabby exterior. Works are being slowly undertaken to renew the outside but this all takes time. The flat is not suitable for toddlers and young children as the windows open to the floor.

The Beach Hideaway

The hideaway lies in the heart of Cliftonville. A few minutes walk from the Walpole tidal pool and long stretches of sandy beaches. Easy walking to a selection of shops, delicious cafes, restaurants and boutique bars.The hideaway is situated at the back of a family house with its own private entrance, opening to a secluded garden with a summer sheltered seated den, illuminated by festoons at night.

Ziggys is a beautiful flat in the Old Town of Margate on Marine Drive overlooking the sea and harbour. The flat has lovely high ceilings and is light and bright and will be presented immaculately clean. The sunsets which flood orange/pink light into the flat are amazing. All the attractions of Margate are a short walk, for example the Turner gallery is two minutes away.
