Beautiful hilltop home, overlooking Lough Derg - Arra mountains to the east and Lough Derg to the west with all the lakeside amenities Our home is a 2 storied 6 bedroomed house with panoramic views of the lakes, rivers and mountains of North Tipperary. The house is set in great privacy on 1.6 acres of gardens and woodland at the end a long driveway accessed through electric gates. Perfect location for enjoying local amenities or exploring the rest of Ireland - 2 hours to most tourist spots.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families and pets. Playgrounds, tennis court, Astro turf pitch on site. Five minute walk to sandy beach. Gorgeous cliff walks and sea views. Lots of local places to eat out and fully equipped kitchen to eat in! Two smart TVs and free wifi.

Our property is in a fabulous location, with stunning views, right in the heart of Dunmore East's upper village. Although it's part of the main house, it has it's own entrance and is totally private. The harbour, sailing club, hidden coves and the Park are all on the doorstep, with the beach a 10 minute walk away. Restaurants, nightlife, and public transport are all close by. For those looking for the nature trails we have them as well. it is also a fantastic location for Anglers.
