The stylish spacious living space is upstairs in order to take advantage of the beautiful uninterrupted views across open countryside to the sea.

Part of a barn conversion in beautiful countryside on the edge of the North York Moors Nation Park. 5 mins from Cleveland way and coastline next to delightful Scarborough to Whitby cinder track bridleway. Four country pubs selling good food are within a 5 - 30 minute walk.

Kimberlina Carriage Ravenscar

The Kimberlina is a cosy, custom built, carriage located in Ravenscar, a beautiful coastal village situated on the Jurassic Coast National Park. The carriage is nestled in a field to the back of a working farm, surrounded by fantastic views and natural beauty, it is the perfect setting for a romantic getaway or relaxing evening following a days walk along the Cleveland Way. Children are welcome at the carriage and additional sleeping is available on the day bed in the living area.

Garden annex near Beach/Alpamare/Open Air Theatre.

The detached annexe is at the rear of our property. It has a lounge with a king size sofa bed, a single/twin room with a kitchenette and a shower room/WC. The sofabed was purchased new June 2026. There is space in the drive for one visitor car/storage for cycles in the garage. Unfortunately it does not have a cooker but there is a 2 ring electric portable electric hob, a microwave and a slow cooker. It will usually be possible to use the oven in the bungalow by arrangement.

Scholes Park by the sea is a beautiful semi detached home which sleeps 5 people minutes from the North bay beach by foot and the Scarborough open air theatre. Situated in a quiet reidential area yet still close to local amenities. With off street parking for several cars. The property has open plan living in a very contemporary style, a wood burner in the lounge making this very cosy. With rear bi-fold doors bringing the outside in. Front and back gardens both sun traps.
