Red Cottage

Your stay at Red Cottage will be comfortable, easily accessible, and minutes away from Canton, Waynesville, and Maggie Valley. The circa 1950’s Cottage is fully renovated inside and out. Beautiful front porch and lovely sitting area in the rear of the Cottage. We are climate controlled with a mini split HVAC to keep you toasty warm in spring, fall, and winter and comfortably cool in the summer. Internet access and TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Washer and dryer included. Welcome!

Inside you'll find a plush king bed, kitchenette, table / sitting area, and a luxury bathroom with slate tile shower for 2! Common area fire pit, grills, and picnic tables.

Awaken in a luxury king size bed and slide open the garage door to sweeping views of the Smokies. Enjoy coffee on the deck. Fully furnished bed and bath, AC/Heat and kitchenette. Pets permitted $40/first pet $20/each additional pet. Area is fenced. Listen to the river while lying in the in-deck hammock. The perfect stage for a restful afternoon or night time stargazing. Cozy Studio Apartment

Come stay in our cozy studio apartment, where you can enjoy privacy and comfort. Beautiful Lake Junaluska can be seen after a 5 minute walk. The apartment includes an incredibly soft, custom-made bed (gel memory foam topper; king width, twin length), a night stand, a vintage dresser and two closets, an expandable table for eating or working, two chairs, and a kitchenette. The attached private bathroom completes the space. Maximum occupancy is 2. TWO NIGHT MINIMUM. NO SMOKING. NO PETS.

The Water Wheel is our place to unplug and detox from the hustle and bustle of life. When we are not here enjoying this space we want to share it with you. Imagine yourself lounging by our fire pit with a local brew or taking in the mountain views from the hot tub then creating an amazing meal. Detox in our cedar sauna after a long hike. Or if you are exploring the area then it is the perfect home base for adventures in the mountains or to Asheville for breweries, dining or shopping.
