Surrounded by nature, The Barn is ideal for an individual traveler, a romantic getaway, or a trip for close friends. Universally-designed and fully accessible, this polished and curated property has all you need for a warm and comfortable stay, with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, LR with wood stove, gourmet kitchen, W&D and patio.

Red Cottage

Your stay at Red Cottage will be comfortable, easily accessible, and minutes away from Canton, Waynesville, and Maggie Valley. The circa 1950’s Cottage is fully renovated inside and out. Beautiful front porch and lovely sitting area in the rear of the Cottage. We are climate controlled with a mini split HVAC to keep you toasty warm in spring, fall, and winter and comfortably cool in the summer. Internet access and TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Washer and dryer included. Welcome!

Songbird House is a beautiful mountain home having an elegant European touch reminiscent of a Swiss chalet. Located in a peaceful cove. You will feel like your away from it all yet close to all western NC has to offer. Waynesville/Maggie Valley shopping/dining all within a 10 min. drive. Scenic Lake Junaluska/walking trails 5 min. Come enjoy our mountaintop glamping experience in our geodesic dome, perfect for 1- or 2-person getaways. These domes have some of the best views on our mountain, a private hot tub and fire table! Our Asheville Glamping Domes include 400 sq ft of air conditioned interior space plus outdoor living space on an attached deck. Inside you'll find a plush king bed, kitchenette, table / sitting area, and a luxury bathroom with slate tile shower for 2! Common area fire pit, grills, and picnic tables.

Awaken in a luxury king size bed and slide open the garage door to sweeping views of the Smokies. Enjoy coffee on the deck. Fully furnished bed and bath, AC/Heat and kitchenette. Pets permitted $40/first pet $20/each additional pet. Area is fenced. Listen to the river while lying in the in-deck hammock. The perfect stage for a restful afternoon or night time stargazing. The Water Wheel • an A-Frame in the NC Mountains

The Water Wheel is our place to unplug and detox from the hustle and bustle of life. When we are not here enjoying this space we want to share it with you. Imagine yourself lounging by our fire pit with a local brew or taking in the mountain views from the hot tub then creating an amazing meal. Detox in our cedar sauna after a long hike. Or if you are exploring the area then it is the perfect home base for adventures in the mountains or to Asheville for breweries, dining or shopping.

Shayne’s Sanctuary -Small house with BIG features!

Paradise found in the pastoral Ironduff community. This home may qualify as a tiny home for some but is packed with some big features! The deep covered front porch or firepit area invite you to sit and rock with a cup of coffee or glass of wine as you gaze at the mountain views, sunrises and evening stars. Across the road you will find a working Alpaca Farm. The amenities and cheerful decor make it effortless to spend the day relaxing and savoring the tranquility this property offers.

2 Bedroom Smokey Mtn Cabin w/ Long-Range Views

Private Smokey Mtn cabin nestled in the woods. Sit on the front porch and enjoy the mountain views while listening to the river rush by in this well appointed cabin. Peaceful setting, yet only 15 minutes to downtown Waynesville, 20 min to Maggie Valley, 35 min to Asheville, and 1 hr to Gatlinburg. Bring your Motorcycles as the cabin is located a couple of minutes from the Rattler. Experience hiking, skiing, shops, breweries, white water rafting and more all within a short drive.

Lucky Lunar Cabin at Riverside Farm

Drive along the bucolic Pigeon River up to this luxurious cabin with beautiful views of local mountain ranges. It is full of rustic and modern touches and is surrounded by wildlife. The deck has an unspoiled view overlooking the mountains. Kitchen is supreme with butternut walnut cabinets and high end appliances. Bedrooms are quaint, quiet and restful. Bathroom has a luxurious walk in shower. This is one of two adjoining cabins, although proximal, allows for amazing privacy.
