Newly renovated this Designated City and County Landmark is centrally located in downtown Denver's Historic Capitol Hill Neighborhood. Built in 1886 “The Cottage” is the only wood framed dwelling still standing in Capitol Hill after The Great Fires of 1910. Enjoy a short (or long!) stay at my guest suite in Sloan's Lake. Whether in town for work, a concert, or just a quick get-away, you'll find everything you need in this guest suite w/ kitchenette. Empower Field (Mile High) is a 7 minute walk, Sloan's Lake is a 15 minute walk, and downtown Denver is a 5 to 10 minute Uber or Lyft. I live a quiet life in the upstairs of the house with my dog so will be around in the event you need anything!
