Studio 21 is a super spacious waterfront apartment situated on the pristine coastal quays of Yamba, just 7 minutes drive from the beach. Enjoy access to the waters edge from the King bedroom overlooking the Canal....beach towels are provided if you fancy a dip! The terraced deck area is perfect for casting a line or launching the provided kayak for a paddle. Split cycle air conditioning will keep you comfortable. Includes single carport, and separate entry with key security safe for self check-in. Well equipped kitchenette, modern bathroom and laundry facilities; residence has river frontage, heated pool and spa. Accommodation suits professionals for short or longer term stays. The unit is not set up for babies, toddlers or teenagers.

Comfort in the Cane Fields

The 1950s cane cutters Barracks looks the same outside but inside it has become a comfortable modern guest wing to the 1920s farmhouse. On the top floor, there are two ensuite rooms with queen beds, and a third room with two single beds which has a bathroom downstairs. There is a living room and limited kitchenette (no oven or cooktop). Luxury on your own, or up to six together. There are breezy decks all around, with great views over the cane fields, set in the midst of a working farm.

Nestled in the natural, rich country, at the end of a secluded lane, guarded by a magnificent fig tree. Set on 40 acres of rolling green pastures. With access to your own boat ramp less than 50 metres from the retreat, you can take your boat/canoe and wet a line, or water ski on the river.

Welcome to our charming 1-bedroom ground floor apartment in the heart of Grafton! This centrally located gem is nestled right near the Clarence river, offering you a peaceful retreat in a prime location. The apartment features an inviting open-plan living space, a well equiped kitchen, and a separate bedroom with a comfortable queen bed with ample storage to make you feel at home. For your convenience, there's a separate laundry room with a washing machine.

Unique River front log house

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Pecan Palms log house is positioned next to the sandy bottomed Orara river, known for Bass fishing and crystal clear waters making it the ideal location to fish, canoe and swim. If wildlife watching and bushwalking is more your thing you can enjoy long walks through the 40 year old pecan orchards, Palm tree plantations and the Australian bush that surrounds the house on the 100 acre property.

A Little Piece of Paradise

Accommodation consists of an en-suite and generous bedroom with queen bed, ample packing space and private lounge with TV and kitchenette, a sparkling pool and undercover BBQ area, with plenty of safe off-street parking available. Unfortunately our flat is not set up for children nor is our property available for pets. This is all in a very tranquil setting (only 6 km from the highway), with lots of bird and animal life.
