OG) eines freistehenden Hauses in einem ruhigen, aber zentrumsnahenTeil der Stadt. Ein Parkplatz ist vorm Haus vorhanden, der Keller bietet darüber hinaus ausreichend Platz für Fahrräder. Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Fahrradverleih, Restaurants und eine gemütliche Weinstube sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Genießen Sie ein paar schöne Tage im herrlichen Moseltal!

In der 100 qm großen Ferienwohnung soll man sich sofort zuhause fühlen und die unglaublichen Ausblicke auf den berühmten Malerwinkel, die Stadtmauer mit dem Liebesturm und die Burg Stahleck genießen. Mehr Mittelrheinromantik geht nicht.

Vineyard - Top floor apartment at the Wine Quarter

The Wine Quarter was built in 1937 by a family of winegrowers and was thus characterized by viticulture. Later it was then inhabited by a wine merchant. 2016 we bought the house and renovated over two years. Now we hope that you enjoy and experience the Mosel wine region in Pünderich, one of the charming places at the Middle Mosel.

Sie befinden sich in zentraler Lage in Cochem. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich die Sesselbahn und die Cochemer Senfmühle. Sämtliche Ausflugsziele in Cochem sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die nächste Bäckerei ist 250m entfernt (3 Gehminuten) und öffnet täglich um 6.30 Uhr ( Sonntag 8.00 Uhr).
