Private and located in the quaint community of Waterlily just 30 minutes from OBX and the Virginia line.

This gorgeous and quaint cottage sits on Muddy Creek where Perquimans River and the Albemarle Sound meet. Sportsman's Paradise is just minutes away from the Currituck Sound which is famous for it's duck hunting and fishing. It overlooks Tull's Bay and Tull's Creek and is surrounded by the Northwest River Marsh Game Lands. The kitchen and living room have 9 windows so you can look out three sides of the house at the water. The walls are old rough cut boards and the ceilings are plywood. The living room and bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms and kitchen are laminate wood floor.

Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to the sound, we have a perfect location which is close to everything. The Duck Inn at Lunker Lodge

The Duck Inn is a 320 sq ft efficiency apartment adjacent to the Lunker Lodge. It has a private entrance, full bathroom, ample closet space and is furnished with a queen sized bed (new Nectar mattress), and a loveseat with full sized pullout. Kitchen area is equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, hot plate and Keurig coffee maker and basic kitchenware.
