This is a great stopover for people flying from East Midlands airport as it's a mere 10 minute drive, the M1 and M42 motorways can be reached in minutes, it's a central location for cities such as Nottingham, Leicester, Derby and Birmingham, also close to Loughborough which is a great for visiting students. Cyclists can step out of the front door onto the NCN 6 route which leads onto the cloud trail which goes all the way to Derby. Walkers will be spoilt for choice only being minutes away from the famous Bradgate Park, Calke Abbey and Staunton Harold.

A stylish self contained studio apartment with plenty of private off road parking, in the beautiful village of Coleorton. With open plan kitchen and living area equipped to cater for up to 4 guests. There is one king size bed and a double sofa bed. If you require the sofa bed for one night ONLY please supply your own bedding/towels for it. More than one night sofa bed bedding/towels will be provided. With idyllic countryside surroundings, this new build is perfect for either business or leisure.

This newly renovated ground floor one bedroom annexe is situated in the heart of the National Forest on Moira Road in Shellbrook, a hamlet within the area of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire. With country walks on the doorstep and only a 20-minute walk into the old market town of Ashby, provides an idyllic place for walkers, cyclists, and business travellers. Nearby amenities include Hicks Lodge (National Cycle Centre), Conkers, Ashby Castle, Charnwood Forest Alpacas and Calke Abbey are a few!

Serene and calm, yet conveniently situated near EMA, Melbourne, Donington race track, and the Breedon Spa. You can enjoy access to extensive gardens and great local Walks & Pubs. Situated in North West Leicestershire's beautiful countryside only a few miles from junction 13a A42 & junction 23 M1, making Loughborough, Leicester, Derby, Nottingham and Birmingham all around a half hour car journey.
