A detached bungalow set back from the road situated in a quiet, semi rural location. Its my home which I rent out when I'm away so lots of home comforts. WORKSPACE: High speed WiFi with a Lap Top friendly work space in the rear bedroom. Complementary Tea, Coffee and breakfast cereals. NO SMOKING PARKING: Sloped shingle driveway with a tight turn to the parking area.

Our little guest house is perfect for a couple wishing to explore the local area. 5 minutes from Solihull, 10 minutes from the NEC and airport 15 minutes to Birmingham City Centre 20 minutes to Warwickshire 50 minutes to the Cotswolds There is a private entrance via a shared garden, a small kitchen and living room. A cosy bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom. There is also a sofa-bed suitable for little ones in the living room. Guests can use the courtyard to the side of the apartment.

Well equipped kitchen including Nespresso coffee machine. Use of indoor swimming pool and outdoor Hydropool hot tub. Private garden with rattan furniture. Award winning artisan Farm Shop with café and bakery all onsite. Keys are collected using a keybox so this gives you flexibility on arrival and departure times.

My place is close to Public transport, 3 miles to the city centre, parks, and art and culture, close links to m1 motorway, east midlands airport 20 mins drive from property, Birmingham International airport 45 mins . This is a two bed bungalow with one double and one twin room. There is plenty of outdoor space. My place is good for couples, business travellers/commuters and families (with kids). a fully equipped travel cot is available if needed, complete with bed linen.
