Bring your boat, kayaks, jet skis, canoes and anything else that floats! Don't forget your fishing poles...state records have been caught right here! For the WVU fans...you're only 15 minutes away from a Mountaineer kick/tip off! Bikers and hikers will love our 60 miles of trails along the river!

Coopers Rock Retreat

Industrial farmhouse studio apartment nestled in the hills of West Virginia. Located just 15 minutes to downtown Morgantown and only 5 short minutes away from Coopers Rock State Forest. Spectacular landscape views from dusk to dawn and breathtaking star gazing on clear nights. Guests have their own private entrance to come and go as they please, a full kitchenette to make home cooked meals while on the road, large bathroom with walk-in shower, queen size bed, and an extra long single futon.

There is construction nearby the townhomes but you can’t hear any noise. There is a construction trailer in front of unit but the entrance is now all paved

Restaurants, Walmart, stores nearby.

Located close to both hospitals, stadiums, and popular dining options. Quiet, ground level, Creekside condo. We encourage in stay communication to ensure the best stay possible. The deck is on the smaller side - It’s a 4x8 space on the backside of the building facing a creek. In the summer and fall it provides a quiet and peaceful place for coffee and relaxing.

Monthly 2BR, 1 Bath Cozy, Quiet, Walk Downtown

Perfect for travel nurse, or interim housing. Two BR w/queen; 1 bath; full kitchen. Short walk to town or 10-15 minute walk to PRT. Walk to town or rail trail; safe historic neighborhood. Off street parking (rare). Full kitchen. Beautiful space with cotton linens and bath amenities. Note: narrow entry path with 8 steps. Quiet hours 11 pm - 7 am, please.

Copper House

Copper House is a light, airy, tree-shaded lakefront home. Situated in a private community on a 20 acre lake, this home is a short 15 minute drive to downtown Morgantown and 10 minutes to the I-79 / US-68 interchange. A large 12'x35' deck overlooks the lake in the rear. Ideal area for relaxing or grilling. Please note: we do not allow large parties.
