Het huis ligt op fietsafstand van de schone Walcherse stranden van Zoutelande en Domburg en het Veerse Meer. De renovatie van deze voormalige noodschuur is in 2020 afgerond. De energieneutrale vakantiewoning heeft energielabel A+++ en voldoet hiermee aan de eisen van deze tijd. Het is ruim, comfortabel, knus en gezellig. Een fantastische plek voor een heerlijke vakantie.

Gelegen midden in de polder met vrij uitzicht, maar toch zijn Middelburg en het strand altijd dichtbij. De boho-chique inrichting en karakteristieke sfeer maken dit de perfecte basis om het prachtige Zeeland te ontdekken. Het woonhuis is volledig opgeknapt en voorzien van moderne luxe, terwijl de authentieke elementen bewaard zijn gebleven. Het huis grenst direct aan de grote tuin.

studio duinhuis ...das eigens entworfene Holzhaus mit Kaminofen liegt auf der Anhöhe gegenüber vom Badpaviljoen, 100 m entfernt vom Aufgang zum Strand! Es ist mein Lebenstraum, mit einem kleinen Atelier am Meer zu leben und Menschen in dem Gästehaus im Garten willkommen zu heißen. Das typisch Zeeländische Haus öffnet seine Fenster nach außen auf eine sonnige Holzterrasse, das Meer hört man bis hierher. Eine gemütliche Schlafempore macht das Haus besonders, die eigene Sauna ist buchbar!

Our luxurious Scandinavian summerhouse "De Schoonhorst" has a spacious garden (800m2), is situated at the shore of Lake Veere and close to a nice beach. The island has no highways or trains. If you need a break from busy working life, or are looking for quality time with your friends or family this is the perfect place. Space and privacy guaranteed! Dat samen met een supermarkt en bakker op 250 meter en andere winkels om de hoek, plus in een rustig dorp tussen Vlissingen en Middelburg gelegen maakt het tot een ideale vakantieplek. Gratis parkeren voor de deur. Het vakantiehuisje is onderdeel van een dubbel woonhuis in een straat in het dorp. Fietsen zijn op 300 m van het huisje te huur.

Welcome to our favourite place! A lovely house at Kortgene harbour in the always sunny province of Zeeland. You can relax and unwind here. The house is available for six people and is fully equipped. Beach, shops, eateries, supermarket, everything is within walking distance. There is also an electric charging station for your electric car. Please note, you can only connect this with your own charging card.
