Located in a strategic point of Tivoli, a few minutes walk from all the tourist attractions, close to the main services and away from the chaos of the city.

The apartment is on the second floor and can accommodate max 4 people and has of 2 bedrooms, a livingroom with kitchen corner a bathroom with shower and a large parking. Our property is situated about 10 km from the Marco Simone Golf and Country Club in Guidonia, where the Ryder Cup in 2023 will be osted. ID Code 5581.

E’ una piazza molto antica le cui memorie possono essere datate all’epoca romana. La casa, ubicata all’interno di Palazzo Coccanari, edificio storico della metà del XVI sec.,, è stata recentemente ristrutturata mantenendo, però, i segni storici, per far assaporare ai nostri ospiti un'atmosfera di altri tempi.

All'esterno del piccolo soggiorno potete trovare un piccolo e comodo terrazzino.

Grazie alla sua posizione strategica, questo spazio offre facile accesso a tutte le attrazioni locali. L'appartamento è al primo piano nel centro storico, di fronte al museo della città. Nonostante sia situato nella zona a traffico limitato, è possibile raggiungerlo con l'auto rispettando le due fasce orarie, oppure per i carico e scarico dei bagagli, previa comunicazione della targa.
