The apartment has two large terraces overlooking the lake, it's located at just 15 minutes on foot from the Castello of Sirmione and the Catullo. The complex has a garden for only four units, with direct access to the lake. The apartment has a large living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and a wardrobe room, all rooms with lake view. The property is on the first and last floor, without a lift. PRIVATE BOX (Box height 185 cm). Small, well-behaved pets are welcome.
