It has a balcony overlooking Viale dell'Università and the Secretary of Air Force building, a prime example of Italian Rational Architecture. The bathroom offers a shower with endless hot water, a design stone basin supported by a wooden sculpture, and sanitary ware. It is equipped with toiletries, a hairdryer, slippers, and towels. La stanza è arredata in stile etnico, con un grande letto matrimoniale (200 x 160 cm) con materassi memory foam, una cassettiera e 2 armadi, 2 comode poltrone, un'ampia scrivania in cuoio e un televisore LED 40''. Benvenuti alla Guest House Number 10! La Camera Victoria (14mq) dispone di letto matrimoniale standard. Attenzione: Il bagno è PRIVATO e ad USO ESCLUSIVO, ma si trova ESTERNO alla camera (nel corridoio, a pochi passi). L'appartamento (4° piano con ascensore) offre Wi-Fi Fibra e colazione inclusa ogni mattina. Clima: A/C portatile in estate e riscaldamento centralizzato in inverno. This lovely apartment, completely renovated in 2018, is ideal for couples or solo travellers visiting Rome for either business or pleasure.

La camera con bagno privato è molto luminosa e silenziosa. La camera ha una superficie di 16 mq con bagno privato di 3,5 mq. Letto matrimoniale, consolle con specchio e poltroncina, armadio a vista e piccolo tavolino arredano la camera. Il bagno è ben attrezzato, il rivestimento della doccia e delle pareti è in resina per maggior igiene.

La stanza è molto confortevole, dotata di aria condizionata e riscaldamento. Include un letto nuovo (160x200), luci calde, tende oscuranti e un reggivaligia. Il bagno è attrezzato con doccia, bidet, saponi, asciugacapelli, carta igienica e asciugamani di varie dimensioni disponibili per ogni persona.

Le confortevoli camere matrimoniali large sono dotate di bagno privato, smart-TV, WIFI, mini-frigorifero, scrivania, asciugacapelli, condizionatore, kit cortesia di saponi, asciugamani di tre misure, biancheria da letto in cotone e soprattutto vasca idromassaggio.
