Apartamento dentro de un chalet, con piscina y jardin en urbanización privada (zonas comunes dentro de la propiedad), rodeado de campo, tranquilo y confortable. Se admiten mascotas pequeñas. A restored two-story house that retains many original features, including its hydraulic tile floors, doors, and chestnut wood beams. The entire first floor has incredible mountain views through a large bay window. There is a hall with a bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room, and a 90x200 cm bed. On the second floor (with a wide staircase), there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A full bathroom, a terrace, and a space for working or yoga.

Adjacent to the pool area there is also a padel club, tennis, gym and restaurants.
