St. Levan's Cottage, Ilfracombe, Devon

In the heart of Ilfracombe, a 5 minute walk to the picturesque harbour and theatre, with shops, restaurants and cinema on your doorstep. The cottage is on a quiet cul-de-sac, with an enclosed front garden, complete with a table, chairs, and BBQ. Explore the North Devon coast, the great beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde, Saunton and Exmoor National Park, with its dramatic cliffs, villages, rolling hills, and wildlife.

Warm and cosy with underfloor heating, this delightful studio is situated in a private lane just one minute’s walk from The Tarka Trail and Braunton Burrows Biosphere and a 10 min walk to centre of Braunton. Perfect for a couples getaway to this fabulous area. Rose Studio has a fully equipped kitchen which includes full sized oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and washing machine. There is a comfortable seating area with smart tv and audio speaker. South facing garden patio.

Beach Hill is a quirky 18th century cottage in Hele Bay, Ilfracombe. Offering spectacular countryside views and original character features such as beamed ceilings and country Aga. Sleeps up to 4 people and is most suited to small families or couples, offering a self-contained cozy environment for a relaxing seaside stay and to explore what North Devon has to offer! The cottage is dog-friendly with great access to coastal walks, a shop, pub and pebble beach all within a 4 minute walk to enjoy.

My place is close to Hele's sandy and pebble beach with views over the Hele/Berrynarbor hills set back from the Ilfracombe-Combe Martin road and on a bus route to Ilfracombe and Combe Martin. You’ll love my place because of the accessibility to excellent coastal walks on the SW Coastal Path. Beach and cafe, Pub within 4 mins walk, and our 16th century working mill Hele Cornmill and tearoom just 3 mins walk away. My place is good for couples and families with lots to discover in North Devon.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Clare Cottage is set in the heart of the peaceful Devon village Georgeham near to a trickling stream. With its pretty white washed exterior and walled cottage garden the house sits to the side of the historic 13th century St George Church. Putsborough beach a 2 mile stretch of sand is a 1.4 mile drive down a country lane or a 25 minute walk across fields. Croyde village is 1.6 miles drive The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving fine pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

The Coach House

LOXHORE, a village and a parish near Barnstaple, North Devon. The village stands on a hill, amid beautiful scenery, 5¼ miles from the main town of Barnstaple. The Coach House is in the grounds of The Old Rectory, it enjoys open views across the Devon countryside and is only a short walk to the entrance to Deer Park Woods, part of the Arlington Court Estate. It must be noted that Loxhore is around 3.6 miles to the nearest pub. The fabulous north Devon beaches are a short drive away.

Riverside - Secluded Waters Edge Cottage On Exmoor

Riverside cottage is located on our 100 acre family farm. The cottage is tastefully furnished and comprehensively equipped to meet 'Visit England' 4 star standards. With three bedrooms sleeping 6 plus a cot, a standard size double, super king size double and a further super king double which can be made into two single beds. The Cottage has ample car parking and is smoke free. We do welcome pets in Riverside and outside there is fenced courtyard garden of you and your pets enjoyment.

Our charming cottage is in a fabulous location right on Ilfracombe's historic Quay. We overlook the harbour, beach and the lifeboat station; Tunnels beach and wedding venue are nearby. The rear courtyard hides a secret sunny garden complete with table and chairs perfect for alfresco dining and a secluded hot tub. The top floor bedrooms have water views either of the harbour or the Bristol Channel, and our garden room has space for wet gear, boards and bikes! Dogs are welcome.

On the edge of Exmoor with views of the sea, Bramble Cottage is in a peaceful and beautiful location. It is within easy access to the glorious North Devon beaches and Exmoor is on the doorstep. A short drive can avail you of almost any activity you could want - hiking, biking, surfing, coasteering, golf, horse riding, shopping, relaxing, ice creams, Michelin star food to name just a few...we are accepting 3 night minimum stay during the last 2 weeks of August 2026
