Our period property has 3 bedrooms, (2 double bedrooms and 1 single bed room), 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and fabulous outdoor eating space with bbq. Combe Martin is a charming village on the north Devon coast with 2 beaches (1 dog friendly all year), beachside pubs and cafes. And it is around 20 minutes to Woolacombe and Croyde. Please note that the sauna is not for guests’ use

North Challacombe Farm is a luxury accessible and spacious 5 bedroom home set in 50 acres within Exmoor Park, with breathtaking countryside and sea views. This is a perfect house to relax and unwind away from the crowds but is equally well positioned to access some of the best sights of North Devon. Quiet location with spectacular views

Totally separate accommodation comprising of a double bedroom with it's own bathroom and a breakfast room which enjoys views across the valley. In the breakfast room you will find a kettle with complementary drinks, tea, coffee, milk, biscuits,and cereal.When staying longer a few other treats will be provided. Cooking facilities are toaster, air fryer, a microwave with a bacon crisper and an egg boiler. Access to your private accommodation is via a entrance from the shared balcony.

Located on the beach front, The Boathouse is a charming cottage housing four guests in picturesque Lee Bay, and boasting a magnificent sea view. Being next to the Southwest Coastal Path, and in close proximity to the famous Woolacombe Beach, it's a perfect destination for all.
