Escape to our private treehouse nestled in nature. Our charming retreat offers a relaxing living space to make you feel at ease while keeping you close to restaurants & entertainment. Sit underneath the two enormous Japanese maples that extend over the side of the around porch. Regardless of where you look, you will be immersed in the beauty of the country. Situated on 2 acres outside of Davidson city limits, every feature of this cozy home was thoughtfully curated to create lasting memories.

The Country Cottage

Our cottage offers a country setting with all the comforts of home. Open floor plan, well equipped Kit. and full laundry room. Primary room with queen bed & private bath. Twin beds in the 2nd BR, 2nd full bath is off the hall. Relax on the porch or grill on the deck with firepit yard. WIFI access. Pets are welcome, see additional info in "The space" Cabarrus Arena is 10 mins away, Charlotte a 30 min drive & Charlotte Motor Speedway 15 mins. Please check "Things to Do" in this posting.

Petite Maison

Petite Maison is a three bed, two bath cottage in a safe residential neighborhood on the outskirt of old concord. We are a 10 minute drive from Charlotte Motor Speedway and a 5 minute drive to the downtown shops, cafes and galleries. Indulge in the delights of Southern cuisine, explore the scenic beauty of the region, and make lasting memories in our welcoming abode. Chic Modern Bamboo Bungalow

From the moment you navigate the short curved gravel drive into the heart of this little forest up to the soaring covered deck (the full length of the house), you are captured by the desire to just kick back in the Adirondacks or take in the view of the treetops from the hammock in the rear. Cleverly placed in a bamboo and hardwood grove set far off the street behind the front houses, you will find this home a quiet respite from the city life, but still just 5 minutes from downtown.

***Before booking please note, through June 2025 the main house will have a kitchen remodel and there will be loud noises M-Sa from about 830-4. Only book if you will be here to sleep or will not be bothered by potential noise. *** Enjoy a stay at this efficient studio inside a historic Union Street home. The studio is attached to the house but has its own dedicated entrance, porch, wifi, full kitchen (fully stocked), minor appliances, full bath with tub and queen bed.

The studio space is attached to the main residence and is completely self-contained and private.
