Please read the entire description before booking! This bright and modern property has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Feel free to take a dip in our gorgeous, shared pool and relax in the courtyard. Inside you will find a huge King bed that will welcome you after a full day in the sun and a whole night of entertainment. Head out for a quick 3-minute walk to one of the close by bakeries and brunch spots. Spend the day at the beautiful Ocean Park beach which is a quick 5-minute walk. Once you are ready to come back for dinner, head out to Calle Loiza, which is a culinary hot spot and nightlife center. This unit is located on the second floor and will need to use the stairs to reach it. We have multiple units with different layouts. Some have kitchens and sitting areas, and some do not. Please make sure you are reading the unit description and confirming which type of unit you are renting. The units are exactly as pictured on the slideshows, there are no other rooms/areas other than those pictured. Note about Check-In Time: - Regular Check-In: 4:00 PM. - Early check-in between 1:00pm and 4:00pm will have a $25 additional fee. - Early morning check-ins (flights that come in at 1:00 am to 5:00 am), guests will have to reserve the previous night in order to accommodate check-in at that time. Otherwise, check-in time will be as listed above (Regular or Early Check-In)

A cool Tripper's Inn Room #5

The neighborhood will certainly make you feel like you are on vacation, nonetheless it will also make you feel like a local. The beach, considered the best in the area, is just steps away. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and up the street, Loiza street, is booming with new local bars and restaurants, all very good. The bus stop that will take you straight to old San Juan is 10 steps from the property. This same bus will take you up and down the tourists areas.

Casa canovanas views & outlets

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. The outlets are near which can be fun for the whole family with restaurants, go karts, arcade and some fun shopping. You can go to the beach but what’s very close are the mountains with waterfalls and more. The house does have stairs be aware, the stove is Childs proof. It is a pretty central area, Carolina and Luquillo are not far away which means the beach is close as well.

The Retreat - 5 min to Airport

This apartment is the perfect spot to visit Isla Verde, Condado and The Old San Juan. The property have an EXTRAORDINARY LOCATION since is just three minutes from the Luis Muños Marín International Airport, also is very close to multiple beach’s as the iconic Isla Verde one. It is perfect if you don’t want to rent a car and just use Uber or taxi around because the area has everything within reach reach of the tourist.
