Elms House Cottage

Rowston is a small farming village , south of the historic city of Lincoln. Sleaford, Newark and Grantham are all easily within half hour by car. You’ll love my place because it's a very old cottage, recently re-equipped (including dishwasher). It is near, but separate from, my own house, with it's own garden. The cottage is good for couples, solos, business travellers, and small families. We can also accommodate French speakers. A 10% discount and free weekly servicing for 7+ day stays.

The Old Cart Lodge near Woodhall Spa

The Old Cart Lodge is situated just a short distance from historic Woodhall Spa in the picturesque county of Lincolnshire. Little High Ridge Farm’s Cart Lodge has recently been converted into a modern self-catered accommodation with a rustic twist. Complete with a fully equipped kitchen in an open plan living room, king size bedroom with en-suite. Outside there is parking available and a private garden with seating areas. Beautifully converted former stables in Nettleham

The Stables is a beautifully converted Grade 11 listed building within the spacious garden walls of our home in Nettleham. It still retains many of the original features; a perfect retreat to enjoy a relaxing break away. Only 2 miles from the historic city of Lincoln, with easy acess to the city within 15 minutes. There is also safe, private parking on site. At the moment, the Co-op building is closed due to a fire & at times, 8.00am to 4pm, there is some building work taking place.

The Clock House

A converted stable with private parking within a short distance of the amenities of Woodhall Spa. The property sits at the rear of the owner's residence, but with independent access. Enjoy the many bars and restaurants offered within the village or dine at home using the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Ideal for cycling and fishing, with the River Witham and Cycle Route No. 1 only 300m away! Woodhall Spa is also home to England Golf and the famous Hotchkin course.

Beautiful woodland and waterfall walks are less than three miles.
