It is located in the back yard of our home among gardens and a quiet neighborhood. Its only a 4+ block walk to the Barker House, Cupola House, Waterfront Park, and other points of interest. This very charming Cabin has just been restored in Fall 2019 with all new floors, walls, HVAC, Bathroom, TVs up and Down, furniture, etc. Some limited cooking features.

Welcome to our recently renovated 1500sqft home in the heart of eastern Northampton County! The three-bedroom and two-bathroom house can sleep six. We are minutes from the town of Conway and Murfreesboro, NC, home of Chowan University. We are a 2 hour drive from the OBX. We are located 30 minutes from Roanoke Rapids and Ahoskie, NC. Please note that our property is located next to the NCVA railroad. The slow-moving train is subject to come by anytime during the day or night.

West Customs Guest House

Sellers Guest House is a story and half, situated on the property of the West Customs House built in 1772. The guest house has a opened floor plan with kitchen and bathroom on the main floor and a bedroom upstairs. There is a delightful front porch that is perfect to relax on. Please be aware that we do have 2 dogs. They are very friendly and will sniff and whine when she meets you (see pictures). Very cozy and private space with a private entrance above the garage. Fully equipped gym in the garage. All appliances were purchased new as of 2021. Vinyl plank flooring installed 2021 as well. Recently repainted. Best part about this space is you get the country experience with 200 Mbps download speeds. If you need the air mattress let us know.
