The 2 bedrooms and downstairs area of the house is for your use only, you will have sole use to enter the front and rear sliding doors. Only a short drive from Coromandel Town, which is bustling with cafes, pubs, shops and amenities. It has amazing views , the ocean is literally at your doorstop, it's super quiet, the boat ramp is a few metres down the road, handy to great fishing spots - mussel farms are only a short boat ride, safe harbour for water activities - kayaks available free for your use, but life-jackets are not supplied and need to worn at all times.
