Situated only a 5-minute drive from the beach, shops and cafes, this newly built tranquil unit awaits you! This self-contained unit is bursting with relaxation, tranquility, and a place to nestle down after a long day at the beach and watch a movie. The Space - has a living area ,dinning area, kitchen with gas cook top ( no oven) 120 L. fridge, kettle, toaster, iron, TV, DVD, CD . Please note- my place is not suitable for young children, we live on an acreage with no fence, we have big dam and wildlife.

The unit is attached to the main house with a separate entry.

Private, modern and spacious, with unlimited WiFi, Netflix. Air-conditioned self contained 1 bedroom guest suite, with its own separate entrance. The accommodation is on the lower level of our home, right next to the pool. Only 20 min walk to Noosa Main Beach & Noosa National Park 10 min walk. Not suitable for anyone who has a problem with stairs or other mobility issues.
