This beautiful newly built houseboat floats in one of Copenhagen's best locations with just a few minutes to everything. The houseboat is centrally located in 'Holmens canal' with Copenhagen Opera as neighbor and with nearby nature by Christianshavn's ramparts. A walk in the neighborhood you will find: The popular free town 'Christania' 5 min. Copenhagen Opera House 1 min. Amalienborg Castle - 10 min. Christiansborg Castle - 10 min. Subway - 10 min. Bus - 2 min. Grocer - 3 min. And much more!

Astrid's garden house - Green oasis 15 min to CPH

Charming small cottage of 20 sqm in closed garden with lots of roses; 7 min walk from Vangede Station. The house is new and built like an old train wagon. There is a large sleeping area, dining table with two chairs, small kitchen with two induction hobs and a small toilet. Direct access to the garden via large double doors. Exit to small undisturbed west facing terrace with afternoon sun. Furthermore, access to a nice modern bathroom in the main house via separate entrance from the basement.

Vi udlejer vores nyrenoverede gæstehus, som passer ideelt til 2 personer. Boligen er beliggende i et roligt villakvarter med gratis parkering og rummer køkken, vaskemaskine, seng og spisebord, et badeværelse og egen udgang til ugeneret hjørne af haven med solrig terrasse. Handlemuligheder er indenfor 5 minutters gåafstand, og på blot 30 minutter kommer du med offentlig transport til centrum eller til lufthavnen. Drømmer du også om at se Malmö i Sverige, kommer du hertil på blot 40 minutter.

Anneks til fire, nyt bad, familie, natur, strand.

Her går vi meget op i rengøring. Hyggeligt et rums anneks på omkring 20km2. To dobbeltsenge, de kan laves til to sofaer. Lille hygge sofa. Tv. Mindre køkken til enkel madlavning. Mini ovn, mikroovn, koge kande, køleskab og køkken ting. Dyner og puder med sengetøj. Badeværelse og mindre gang til tøj og sko. Der er et romantisk varmt ude bad. Huset ligger lige ved bus 35 til lufthavnen. Det ligger kun fem minutter fra Idyllisk fiskerby med gamle gule huse og havn. Fin strand og badeanstalt.

Idylisk land anneks, med udsigt til skov og eng

Rustic and beautiful newly renovated soulful annex, and an idyllic view over field and meadow. Fall asleep to the song of the nightingale, and wake up to pheasants and deer. The annex is surrounded by nature, with plenty of options for nature walks, past the neighboring sheep and beautiful grazing horses on the nearby grasscovered hills. Come home from your walk, and cook in the kitchen in the annex, and enjoy your meal in the included small garden area, watching the sunset and nightfall.

25 m2 rent, pænt og hyggeligt anneks med alle faciliteter. Dobbeltseng (180x200), 2 stole, bord, skab, nyt køkken med ovn, komfur, elkedel, kaffemaskine og vaskemaskine. Et godt lille badeværelse med bruser, toilet og håndvask. Huset ligger på en 2000 m2 grund, med privat afstand til hovedhuset og med skoven i baghaven. Der er 700 meter til en fantastisk badesø, som er en af Danmarks reneste søer. Det tager ca. 30 min. at komme til København. Børn er velkomne. Vi har babyseng og højstol.

Lille hyggelig træhytte: Ét rum på ca 12m2 med tekøkken (KOLDT vand, køl, frys, mikroovn, kaffe & elkedel) - barbord & 2 enkeltsenge. Hytten - med grønt tag er hyggeligt indrettet i mørke farver - ligger i en skøn baghave i København S. I haven er der hængekøje, grill, gynge mv. Der er 2 minutters gang til bussen mod Valby/Frederiksberg - og 7 minutters gang til bus mod Kbh H. !Bad (håndbrus) & toilet er i hovedhuset, på den anden side af haven. Parkering kan arrangeres.

New and modern houseboat close to downtown Copenhagen. This is a complete home with everything you need. Kitchen, spacious bathroom with shower and jacuzzi, and an indoor gated parking spot. You have several grocery shops 1 minute away. You are only approx 15-20 minutes away from downtown Copenhagen with public transportation (the metro, bus or the Copenhagen harbor ferry). NOTE: you can jump right into the water directly from the boat!

Wonderfull Houseboat in Copenhagen

Wonderfull houseboat in Copenhagen. The authentic and cosy atmosphere around the harbour makes you feel at peace. You can jump right into the clear water from the houseboat or enjoy a drink on the raft. My home is rustic and quirky, not modern! The city center is 20 minutes away by bike.🌞A latter is connecting the two floors on the boat, not normal stairs. There are 2 double beds and 1 sofa bed. I only rent out for minimun 4 nights.

Denne charmerende lyse skurvogn på 14M2 står ugeneret i et hjørne af vores have, lige ved siden af vores hus. Du har fred og ro og har egen uforstyrret indgang. Nyd solen eller frokosten i havemøblerne på den store træ terasse foran skurvognen. EL bil Opladning er muligt mod betaling. Skal aftales på forhånd da vi selv bruger den Pris 3 kr Per KW som afregnes kontant eller efter aftale.

Beautiful TinyHouse close to the beach + metro

Fantastic unique tinyhouse that fits 4 grown ups or a family with up to 3 kids. You have everything you need: bathroom, toilet and fully equipped kitchen. The beach is 400 meters away. The metro is 500 meters away. The city centre is only 4 stops, and the airport 2 stops. It is a perfect House for when you want to explore the city and need a place to eat and sleep.

Hyggelig og idylisk hytte/sommerhus til en familie eller et par, der ønsker en overnatning. Mulighed for fiskeri i robåd, der er til rådighed i forbindelse med leje af hytten.
