Spectacular ocean views from a privately owned modern 1 bedroom Villa with a luxurious Queen Bed. A separate lounge with double sofa/bed for 2 extra guests. The villa can accommodate up to 4 people, but it is most comfortable for 2. Please keep this in mind when booking for 4 guests. Dining, laundry, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, walk in shower & rain head. My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Only 2 minutes off the highway this recently constructed apartment has a private entrance and balcony overlooking natural reserve in peaceful surroundings.
