The Cottage By The Vines is at the entrance to the Vineyards of Suisun Valley! It is 5 min to local wineries, tasting rooms and breweries on one side and Jelly Belly factory, Premium Malls, Restaurants, Six Flags, Kayaking, Hiking and Road/Mountain biking on the other side! We are just 20 min from the world famous wine capital, Napa Valley, 30 min to Sacramento and 50 min to San Francisco. This place is truly a hidden gem that is in a safe cozy neighborhood, ideal for relaxation, nature getaway retreat and fun activities.

Private, recently remodeled with faux wood flooring 1-bedroom studio has a beautiful view of the Carquinez Straits, separate garden entrance, a stocked kitchenette (no stove/oven), full bath, SMART TV, and plenty of space and privacy. We are a short drive from Downtown Benicia, where you can enjoy the historic Main Street shops, restaurants, and bars. Or, depending on traffic , a 30-minute drive to Napa Valley, a 45-minute drive to San Francisco, or a 10 minute drive to the Vallejo/SF ferry.

Tastefully designed attached guest suite in the Vista neighborhood has its own private entrance on the bottom floor of our custom mid-century home. Guest will enjoy a large studio with two queen beds, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom. This well-established neighborhood has easy access to I-80 & 780, Hwy 29 & 37, downtown Vallejo and the ferry terminal serving SF daily. Suisun, Napa, and Sonoma Valley wineries are a short drive away. And the quaint town of Benicia is about 10 minutes away.
