Enjoy the best of everything, a lovely rural setting, but still only a 5 minute drive to local pubs & shops, with countless wonderful places to visit nearby.

A space to rest and relax in the Scottish Borders

Part of a Steading (barn) sympathetically converted in 2006, overlooking woods and fields from its own enclosed garden. The cottage is ideaI for exploring the Scottish Borders and Northumberland. One hour by car from Edinburgh, 35 mins from Lindisfarne and 45 mins from Bamburgh. If you'd like to leave the car at home and cycle to us it is 13 miles from the station at Berwick-upon-Tweed. Tucked away down a small lane, you can walk or cycle from the door or simply sit and watch the wildlife.

This charming, cosy cottage in the scenic village of Kirk Yetholm is the ideal countryside escape. The village has everything you need; pub, small shop, butcher and is surrounded by beautiful countryside and walking routes up the Cheviot Hills. This cottage is perfect for couples or small families who are looking for a peaceful setting to unwind, relax and enjoy the natural countryside. It is also an ideal base for hikers on the Pennine Way and cyclists completing the Borderloop Cycle Route.

Set between the lovely Border towns of Kelso and Coldstream, located along a private road it is the perfect haven to visit with family & friends & explore all the borders has to offer.

The Little EcoLodge; peace, wildlife and solitude

The little lodge is set in a wildflower paddock nestled beneath a native woodland copse. French windows open out onto a decking area with wonderful views over the undulating countryside. Inside are all the comforts you will need while keeping the feeling of being a part of the wildlife which you will see around you. Reivers Retreat is a newly converted cosy, self- catering house, situated in the centre of the attractive village of Norham. It is in a quiet position near the beautiful river Tweed (ideal for fishing), and within easy reach of Berwick Upon Tweed, the Scottish Borders and the outstanding Northumberland coast. The house has been tastefully decorated and includes all modern fittings, with a homely atmosphere, where you can enjoy a quiet, relaxed holiday with family or friends.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

Characterful self-contained accommodation offering two bedrooms and two shower rooms in a pretty 17th century cottage. VisitScotland 4star graded. Master bedroom featuring a superking zip-link double bed (can also be a twin) and en-suite shower room. Second bedroom with a king size double bed and private shower room. You will also have your own comfortable lounge with wood burning stove and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer and laundry facilities.

The cottage is spacious and relaxing, the ideal romantic isolation rural escape. Edinburgh is just 50 mins away and there much to see in the Borders.

The cottage sits in the heart of the historic Hirsel Estate, close to the Hirsel Lake and the Hirsel Homestead where you will find a cafe and farmshop, a pottery, glass workshop and artist studio as well as a museum. Way marked walks are available throughout the Estate.
