Practica deportes como senderismo, ciclismo, etc. en Teror y municipios anexos sin renunciar a los días de playa desde el norte al sur de la isla. La casa está a escasos 5 minutos en coche de Teror y a 10 de la autopista GC-3 que conecta con el Norte/Centro y el Sur de la isla, así como con Tamaraceite que cuenta con todos los servicios.

Die ca 45 m2 große Höhle mit Anbau ist über 100 Jahre alt und wurde im Sommer 2022 zu neuem Leben erweckt und liebevoll als Ferienwohnung renoviert. Die komfortable Ausstattung lässt FAST keine Wünsche offen (Achtung WLAN vorhanden, KEIN TV!! ;-)

This cosy house is located in the urbanization Los Canarios 1 in Arguineguin. The area is one of the oldest tourist area in the city, nicely parkland, with flowers and palms. Its close to town and beach. The house has its own garden, furniture and barbecue. Parking in the street outside the house. The garden and outdoor area are part of the condominium and are maintained by them. This means that employees have access to the outdoor area around the houses for working.

Beautiful three-storey semi-detached house with a large terrace and wonderful sea views, located between the beaches of Anfi del Mar, Patalavaca, Costa Alegre and Arguineguín. On the main floor we find the living room with Smart TV and WIFI, full kitchen, toilet and terrace with barbecue, outdoor table and two sunbeds. On the first floor is the master bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. On the second floor is a second bedroom with two single beds.
