The Hop House, a hidden gem in the Tamar Valley.

Rumleigh Farm is a rare, idillic treasure hidden in the Tamar Valley AONB. Set in 17 acres the farmstead has been around since before the Domesday Book. The Hop House is tucked away by itself, in a converted stable block dating from the 17th Century. Despite it's age its a cosy retreat for a couple with all the modern comforts you would expect including underfloor heating and wifi. A rural paradise tucked away providing the ideal break to get away from it all.

Ideal for exploring the nearby south west coast path and it’s beautiful beaches Lansallos and Lantic Bay . Talland and Readymoney beach are great for kids . Relax and unwind with a treatment during you stay . Therapeutic Reflexology or massage available.

Our pretty barn conversion is located just outside the rural & picturesque village of Zennor in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It stands behind our farmhouse overlooking the fields, with views down to the sea. It has a large open plan kitchen/living room with a log burner, 1 bedroom & bathroom. It is newly converted to a very high standard. Many beautiful walks & sandy beaches all around us.
