A luxury Shepherds Hut set in the heart of Devon is easily accessible to Dartmoor and Bude beach. A cosy log burning stove inside, secure garden, your own field which is totally off grid, gives you the space and quiet to relax. Living area -a TV sofa which also doubles as a sofa bed. You are welcome to have a firepit and BBQ's in the fields. Our Blacknose Valais sheep are nearby to keep you company. Sit watch amazing display of stars, no light pollution. A beautiful, spacious, single storey, stone-built barn conversion, The Linhay is one of 4 historical cottages at East Trenean Farm. This one-bedroom cottage is ideal for couples with a gazebo covered hot tub with an amazing countryside view. A tranquil place to relax, yet only 3 miles from Looe and its beaches. The cottage has an EV charging point, BT Fast Broadband and is non-smoking. The bedroom has a super-king bed that can be arranged as a twin. Towels and linen are included.

Located on our family smallholding in rural countryside it has peace and quiet, yet is ideally placed to visit both the North & South Cornish coasts, the world famous Eden Project and many pretty villages and harbours. We welcome dogs, for a small fixed price.
